OMEGA De Ville Co-Axial Ladies’ Chronograph

OMEGA De Ville Co-Axial Ladies’ Chronograph achieves perfect harmony with its inspired blend of resiliency, technological integrity and feminine grace. With its original chocolate brown-coloured dial and stunning diamond bezel, it still retains certain unmistakable De Ville family characteristics.
Intrinsic beauty

The rich, warm colour of the dial is enhanced with three elliptical mother-of-pearl sub-dials for the chronograph functions and the continuous small seconds. But it is the contrast of the unique brown background and the shimmering pink sub-dials and 42 sparkling diamonds (1.61 carats) on the bezel that make this watch truly spectacular. Another feature of the De Ville Co-Axial is the enlarged date window. Located between 10 and 11 o’clock, the “truncated sector” date window allows for at-a-glance reading of the date and shows the preceding and following dates. The watch’s facetted and diamond-polished hands, which mark the applied and facetted hour markers, can be read off against a minute scale graduated to a quarter of a second. Protected by a domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment, the dial’s intrinsic beauty can be admired in all light conditions.

Chronograph: an aesthetic and
mechanical triumph.”
Femininity and luxury

OMEGA De Ville Co-Axial Ladies’ chronograph’s 35 mm case is available in polished 18 Ct red gold or stainless steel and has a matching bezel set with diamonds. Despite its distinctive look, the jewellery model retains the De Ville family’s distinctive case shape. As the ultimate touch of femininity and luxury, the De Ville Co-Axial chronograph has a diamond “briolette” (0.08 carat) set into the crown of the watch. The inner workings of this spectacular timepiece are visible through the transparent sapphire crystal case back.

The heart of the De Ville Co-Axial chronograph is powered by the exclusive OMEGA calibre 3313 self-winding chronograph movement, which was the first of its kind to use Co-Axial Escapement technology. The chronograph’s column-wheel mechanism ensures precision operation of the functions and a free sprung-balance offers excellent regulating stability. As a prestige mechanism, the OMEGA calibre 3313 has an exclusive finish with circular graining, Geneva wave decoration, rhodium-plated surfaces and gold-plated engravings as well as blued-steel screws – all visible through the transparent crystal case back.

The watch’s precision has been certified by the official Swiss chronometer-testing institute, the COSC. With a power reserve of 55 hours it is water resistant to 100m/300ft/10 bar thanks to a screw-in crown with a double-gasket and a screw-down case back.

The rich, chocolate colour of the dial is echoed in the calfskin strap fitted with a matching polished 18 Ct red gold or stainless steel foldover clasp.
